The previous post essentially concludes the abridged version of the manuscript SECRETS OF SELLING REAL ESTATE TO FOREIGN BUYERS as it was written some time ago and then transformed to a number of blog posts for this online presentation chapter-by-chapter. Life is going on and meanwhile I have also completed my comprehensive research of a specific group of foreign buyers in international real estate sales, their purchasing preferences and cultural peculiarities – the Chinese buyers.
As we can easily learn from all kinds of media, the Chinese have become the #1 international investors in real estate all over the world, and as such they are a preferred target for realtors, developers and private owners who want to be successful in real estate sales and thus are eager to market their properties for sale to the Chinese investors.
As the Chinese real estate buyers are all the rage over the media, millions of stories and websites with advice to sellers pile up on the internet – one’s life is too short to read through all of them to make a working plan of selling properties to the Chinese investors.
That’s why some hands-on and compact overview is very much required, and this new e-book is the answer to the quest: How to Sell Real Estate to the Chinese: Overview (E-Series: How to Beat Your Competition Selling Real Estate to Foreign Buyers, Book 10)
It is a collection of the expert advice for realtors, developers and private property sellers from all over the world who are looking specifically for the Chinese buyers to broaden their buying pool and thus improve their real estate sales. It summarizes the results of my in-depth Chinese research that took thousands of hours to accomplish.
The e-book covers the following issues important for one’s success in real estate sales to the Chinese investors:
* What cultural differences the Chinese have and what kind of properties they want;
* How to find a Chinese investor for a property;
* Where to advertise to the Chinese buying public;
* How to contact realtors involved with sales to the Chinese buyers;
* How to overcome the language barrier;
* How to develop trust with the Chinese buyers and business partners;
* All other business necessities.
The readers learn how to use the Chinese internet (without knowing the Chinese language!) to find the Chinese investors and partners in China. This is my know-how that I share; case studies illustrate the method.
Happy blog reading,
