Real Estate Marketing to Foreign Buyers on Google and Amazon

The first introductory part of SECRETS OF SELLING REAL ESTATE TO FOREIGN BUYERS, which is about the general ideas of marketing to foreigners, has been completed in the previous 30+ posts. Before starting the “meat” parts of the book, I have decided once again to check what is already available on the topic.

For the key phrase “real estate marketing to foreign buyers” (or any similar in meaning) we can find millions of pages with Google – newspaper and magazine articles, realtors’ webpages, reports and other publications, but who is able to read them all to get a big picture? Or more important – to get a real roadmap for their own sale of a property?

So, what is missing? A compact, practical how-to book that summarizes the knowledge of international real estate sales; and SECRETS OF SELLING REAL ESTATE TO FOREIGN BUYERS definitely meets this need.

There are more than 1,700 books on Amazon if we search for “real estate marketing”, but if we search specifically for “real estate marketing to foreign buyers”, there are only under 10 e-books showing up and all of them belong to my own E-Series: How to Beat Your Competition Selling Real Estate to Foreign Buyers:

Amazon Top Bestsellers in Real Estate:

= The Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller (McGrow-Hill, 2004, paperback, $24, on sale for $13.56), written by a great real estate expert more than a decade ago, still selling, no mentioning of marketing to foreigners as the trend was not in fashion at that time

= The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller (McGrow-Hill, 2005, paperback, $24, on sale for $14.16), same as above

= The Book on Flipping Houses by J Scott (BiggerPockets, 2013, paperback, $25, on sale for $20.10), much more recent, written by a practicing flipper, concentrates more on buying and rehabbing, the selling part of the book is the thinnest, no marketing to foreigners

As we can see the real estate books for agents and general public are selling well, but they do not cover the topic of marketing and selling to the foreign buyers so far, although the number of the international real estate sales is significant and on the rise all over the world, and thus a book on marketing to the foreign buyers is really needed.
